This tail kit was originally purchased from Van's Aircraft, Inc. on 12/10/2004 by the original owner. This owner performed some work on the horizontal stabilizer but then stopped working on it. It sat in his home for several years. I purchased this kit from the original owner and which he delivered to my address on 10/14/2012. We spent approximately 3 hours looking over the parts, previous work he had accomplished, tools and tool operation, and lessons he learned from his previous work on the kit. This was a very informative session/exchange of information.
