Using information from previous builder's son, and my past aircraft maintenance/construction practices; it was determined that approximately 48 Manhour were devoted to the construction of the Empanage components. These members are, for all intents and purposes, ready to cover. The horizontal stabilizer utilizes an electrical trim system. The Electrical actuator shown with these components, is to show the relation of where it will be used. It attaches at one end to the "fork shown on the forward center section of the Horizontal Stabilizer.
