Chilton DW-1 Front center section spar glued. I cut the first spar and had a wood defect and had to recut the top flange, so I recut the bottom also and nearly everything. The upper and lower spar flange parts were glued as sub-assemblies and then put into a jig for the final glue up of the intercostals.
I used System Three Gel Magic in the u-TAH cartridge, with a dye confirmation of a mix ratio, which works very well. It is quite a contrast to the T-88 that I like in bottles but sadly am unable to trust in the u-TAH cartridge. T-88 in the u-TAH cartridge has no visual dye confirmation that a proper ratio is being fed from the tip.
