Brief Description: Glue capstrips for OWP ribs 7, 8, 9, 10

Cut second set of capstrips for OWP ribs 7, 8, 9, and 10. Glued capstrips for first set of OWP ribs 7, 8, 9 and 10. Temporary capstrips are in position on several ribs to maintain contour until the plywood is added and will then be removed. Glued first OWP rib 17
