Brief Description:  System Three T-88 u-TAH cartridge problem

This is my opinion or review of System Three T-88 in a u-TAH cartridge, AVOID IT! I had a feed issue with the System Three T-88 u-TAH cartridge.

The resin was not dispensed in a proper ratio and did not cure. I was fortunately able to pull apart the pieces. I have used T-88 in bottles for several years and it is a great adhesive. T-88 in a u-TAH cartridge is not so great. There is no dye to verify the feed ratio is correct. System Three makes another product, Gel Magic in the u-TAH cartridge. Gel Magic has a dye confirmation of ratio and mix being fed is correct. Gel Magic in the u-TAH cartridge is a good product. I would only suggest T-88 in bottles and mixing yourself until System Three corrects this issue with T-88 in a u-TAH cartridge.

Product usage details for someone who is interested. I cleared the ports and fed a mix prior to using the mixing tip. The mix did not seem correct. I took another cartridge (new) and did the same thing. I had used the product once previously and it seemed to work well. This experience has me going back to bottles. The cartridges were in my workshop that was in the mid 40F overnight. I was using the cartridges in the upper 60F at 3PM.
