Brief Description: Cut 1/4" capstrips from "scrap" spruce

Cut 1/4" capstrips from previously planed "scrap" spruce. The scrap bags from Wicks and Aircraft Spruce are great for captrips. Used new taper jig to get grain straight before cuts.
