We have had a very hard time getting the trailing edge of the ailerors straight. We have spent countless hours on this one item putting them together for four ailerons. Different jigs and devices have helped. The time on this log is a culmination of 9 weeks, 3 days a week and 6 hours a day for both chuck and myself and is probably not all of our time since May. We finally got them substantially complete. All four look good! Of course, this putting together does not count the prep time. (paint prime, measure, cut, cleco, uncleco etc)
