Chuck started on the metal ailerons. Since we tried to make a trailing edge from cessna (the bulb) work on these ailerons, it didn't work. So, back to the drawing board. We checked some pictures and came up with the Makelan configuration for the classic. We purchased a set of plans for the Hatz Classsic and started to utilize the standard for their ailerons. Seems to be working out better. Instead of the bulb we are using wood properly shaped and spaced accordingly.
