Today I bent up the main firewall sheet of stainless steel. One end had a 30 degree bedn and the other end 60 degree.
I assembled the upper firewall former and window strap. After marking out the line along the strap I clamped the firewall former adn drilled the apporopriate rivet holes through the stainless steel. i also drilled out the holes for the Southco fastners. I then assembled the fuel filler box. This required clamping and then drilling the stainless steel sides and clecoing in turn. The upper firewall is ready for upsizing and fitting the small flush rivets and fasteners.
