Brief Description:  Right Stabilator - clean prep and prime and assemb

"I pulled apart the clecoed structure and then deburred and washed and cleaned and prepped for priming. I primed all the components. I really like the uniformity the primer gives and gives the metal some purpose of appearance. Like the big jets!

Back to reality however I then reassembled and riveted the frame together as per picture 2. In picture 1 I rivetted the main hockey stick which gives it serious strength on the leading edge spar. It aint coming off in a hurry. I then wrapped the skin over the top piec and rivetted as much as the plans say. Some sections along the back edge spar and top surface are left un rivetted so the rear Y strong piece can be connected and accessed by lifting the skin. So Picture 3 show the right stab upto maximum rivetting and it even looks like an airfoil.

Now to start the left Stabilator, a mirror image of the right - Hopefully!

In the evening I marked out the Left Stabpieces ready for cutting in the morning. Will double check the measurements before I start cutting. Hope to have the pieces cut, drilled, bent and ready for intial assembly. Maybe even bending the Spar cap hockey stick too. Tha would be a good day."
