Brief Description: Aileron and flap hinge attachment and drilling
Today I positioned the ailerons and also the flap of the right wing for drilling of the hinge and clecoing the controls to the wing.
Next is to complete the Pitot hole cutting in the lower leading edge next to Rib 5. once complete then I can updrill all the holes to the correct size on the hinges and rear spar. I will then upsize the leading edge skin holes to the drill size between No. 40 and No,30 to allow for expansion when dimpling the leading edge.
After this it is deburring all holes, dimpling front ribs and skin and then priming painting and then rivetting.
