I succeeded in removing all the rivets and bolts from the spar to have it in pieces again ready for reassembly. I have ordered replacement spar web bolts, and rivets for the reassembly. It should be a straight forward process as all measuring and marking out has been done except the new web. As I have all the other pieces as the template it is just (!) matter of upsizing the pilot holes and re-assembling the spar. No problems at all.
