Brief Description: Tail Box assemblies, y pieces and Seat belts
Today I continued to prepare the above pieces.
I drilled the tail Y assembly and deburred all parts and smoothed the edges on scotch brite wheel where reachable. I deburred the Seat belt attach bracket assemblies.
I measured and cut brackets for the tail bulkhead and aft attach webs. The bulkhead C channel was measured and cut drilled and 'holed' as per the plans. Several more brackets were prepared and ready for priming.
All pieces were then disassembled and cleaned up for priming with the usual 2 coats of primer after scotchbriting.
I then rivetted the seat belt attch web pieces and the top after fuselage web that fits on top of the rear longrons adjoining the vertical tail post for the tail.
Another productive day.
