Prior to attaching ribs to the spar i inspected the spar web having it set aside for a period of time. I was not happy with the quality of my rivetting as I had some damage to the main spar web caused by the rivet gun set leaving ring marks on the web and causing small impressions. As this may be the cause of fatigue if it were left alone I decided to disassemble the spar and replace the web. This is what I have done and I have re-ordered the web fromSonex.
