Continued with fitting the wing root covers. The leading edge cuff overlaps the wing root close out panel under the wing. It seems like there is minimal overlap since the two parts need to screwed togther in into the root rib. It is probably related to making the bottom close out panels work as delivered but I am committed at this point.
