The windshield/skylight installation proved to be fairly time consuming also due to the size of the panels and the access being all on ladders. The procedure is detailed in section 07 paragraph 11 and onward.
The windshield retaining strip was returned from the paint shop with a much better color match to the top boot cowl pieces. The photos seem to show two different colors, this is due to the lighting at the time the photo was taken and which phone was used. The color is orange but my phone tends to show it much redder than it is. Pats phone is a truer color to the orange.
The whole process begins with fitting the support tubes and this is critical so the windshield and skylight matches the contour of the wing. This took a lot of fussing.
