After much experimenting with air filter location I found that attaching it thru one of the intake manifold bolts with a spacer and longer bolt was the cleanest installation. The pencil in the photo is pointing to the new location. The plans called for it to be mounted forward of #2 spark plug boot and below it. No way would it fit in this location.
