Start wiring engine gauges per UMA instrument instructions. I am using 1.25 inch gauges that are mounted in in a 3D printed sub panel that angles them toward the pilot at 20 degrees from the panel face. This really cut down on paralax error in reading the gauges. These gauges are oil pressure and temperature, water temperature and voltmeter. Rotax specifies using water or coolant temperature monitoring on the newer engines with -1 suffix.
The engine tack is a 2 inch and mounted in front of the pilot with the flight insturments.
