Reinstalled the firewall after deburring holes and pulled parts for the engine mount. Checked the fit of the mount to the airframe. Like many engine mounts it is a tight fit to line up the bolts to the airframe. The top of the mount is a single tube on each side so it is fairly flexable. The bottom bolts have two tubes on each side of the mount so it is much stiffer so harder to line up with the bolts.
Started to prep the engine for installing to mount. This involves moving the inlet for the water pump to a new location, reindexing it's position, and changing some of the cylinder head coolant hoses from the ones supplied by Rotax to some "S" shaped hoses supplied by Rans. This later is provide clearance for accessing the rear engine mount to case bolts.
