The Zenair instructions call for plugging the ends of the welded spreader bar pickup fittings with plugs and 3M 5200. However no plugs were provided. Since the open ends of the pickups are either above the water line or internal to the floats I decided to design and print some plastic plugs with a tapered OD that I can coat with 5200 and tap into place.
