Took the drive horn and Vertical Stab Fwd Spar Fitting T12-07 to Mike H's place of work where he used a 170T press to bend my pieces per the plans (The drive horn has a 5 degree bend in it)
I updrilled 3 drive horn pilot holes to 3/16 (Two for flt control connectivity and the remaining for the tailwheel steering linkage)
Chamfered one edge of the Drive Horn in preparation for the attachment of the Aft Rudder Rib T13-05
Positioned the Aft Rudder Rib onto the Drive Horn and drilled #40 rivet holes in the rib and drive horn
Cut the T13-06 Clip per plans from channel stock
Positioned the Clip and drilled #40 rivet holes in the Drive Horn, Aft Rudder Rib and Clip
Positioned the Fwd Rudder Rib T13-04 and drilled #40 rivet holes in the Fwd Rudder Rib and Drive Horn
