I finished the fuselage about 4 weeks ago, but haven't written in this log since. I had some software problems with my computer and could not run this program. I finally got some tech support from Kitlog and now the program works again.
I come to the end of the fuselage......I still need to attacht the empenage and test fit the wings, but I will do that when the weather gets warmer. Next step is to begin the finishing kit....I have not ordered this last part of the airframe, because of the ecomony and for the fact that I am not bringing in the cash flow I should be.....This is very frustrating. I am pissed off and a little sad....so I will cover the plane and let it sit until things get a little better....
I've also been taking care of my Mom....she is 86 years young and has been become blood transfusion depentant because her bone marrow is not producing blood. It's kind of a blessing that I have alot of time on my hands. SHE is my new job and I will do anything and everything to make sure she gets the care and attentions she deserves. It's also nice to be able to spend alot of time with my Mom.......
So...as far as this project goes....I will still be dreaming, and checking out the builder's webs sites and starting my morning off with the Van's Air Force website......until I am able to order the finishing kit and continue buidling Juliette Whiskey. I just hope it isn't a 17 month wait, like it was between the wings and the fuselage. I just want to finished this plane and go flying................
Fuselage finished...for now.
A lot of these parts will come back off for wiring and avionics.
I can also continue to work on my panel design......
