Brief Description:  Riveting center section

I began to re-assemble the center section by attaching the seat ribs to the aft f-704 bulkhead. The ribs attach to this bulkhead with rivets and nuts & bolts. I attached nuts and bolts first and torqued them properly. Next I riveted the ribs on and then attached the F-905 bulkhead to the ribs. The baggage ribs attached behind that. I forgot to trim the ends of a few ribs to allow for the bushing inserts at the F-905 bulkhead. I did that, then finished riveting the frame together. I next turned the frame over and began to attached the bottom skin. I noticed I didn't dimple the bottom of the F-905 bulkhead, so I deburred the hole, then dimpled. I attached the bottom skin with many clecos and began to rivit the skin on. There are hundreds of rivets on this skin and I did about 1/4 of the area before I called it a night. I will do as many as I can reach, then I will need help bucking the rest (Wendy). I will continue to rivet tomorrow and Wendy will help me finish tomorrow night. I also have to bend the longerons before I can connect the two assemblies......
