I can't believe I spent 8 hours... Bent the aileron and flap hinges that have the pushrod attach points, very carefully. Then began the process of marking the hinges. I can't believe how long this has taken. I marked all the hinges and carefully, very carefully. Started to drill one aileron hinge and noticed something wasn't quiet right with the way the drill bit was lining up with the hinge point. I had mismeasured but caught it before I ruined the hinge. Drilled a total of three sets of the aileron hinges. The careful measurement paid off. The geometry of the holes is perfect on all three. Can't believe it took 8 hours.
