Made full size copies of the 0.072 aileron and flap hinges with pushrod attach points on them and laid them out on the 0.072 sheet. Very difficult to conserve material with the shape of the part. Wicks wing steel list gives you a 9x9" peices of 4130 and leaves no room for mistakes.
