Brief Description: 0.080 Washers and Outboard Aileron Hinge Mounts
Had to make (?remake?) two 0.080 washers. Cut 7/16x0.090x1 attach points (needed two more) and welded them to washers.
Adjusted jig dimensions from what is shown in BearTracks. The 5/8" jig tube as described in BearTracks allows the bearing tube to be 3/4" from the hinge line I turned the shoulder 3/32 shorter (21/32 from hinge line). The 3/32" allowed for shrinkage in my case and the tip of the bearing tube is exactly 3/4" from hinge line. First outboard aileron hinge mount complete.
