Used my unibit to drill out the 3/4" hole for the flap arms. Worked great. Tack welded the flap arm assembly. Made the flap pushrod end with the 1/4" bushing, nice fit prewelded.
Checking fit of flap support bushing with the flap arms it is obvious that I have to remake those bushings.
