Borrowed some wing-nut cleco's in 1/8 & 3/16" sizes. Clamped the splice plates using C-clamps and up-drilled existing holes to 3/16" and secured with the wing-nut cleco's.
Deburred all surfaces of foreward, aft, and center gusset clips for the firewall and floor stiffeners.
