Up-drilled the rudder pedal block supports to #30. Countersunk the 3 rivet holes in each to take CCC-44 rivets. Deburred. Riveted both assys.
Dug out parts for other SNX-F14 parts; notably the cowl attach hinge assembly. Located, measured and cut the -P4 hinge (most other is -P3); angled each end, and removed the lower two lugs as per plans. Cut SNX-F02-03 angle stock to length. Ripped one side to 3/4" width; other "leg" is to be the width of the hinge.
Note: Plans specify -P4 hinge, which is about 5/8" wide, as opposed to the 1/2" width of -P3 hinge. Yet the channel stock is to be close to 1/2" wide on the leg I have yet to cut. Fast-forwarding ahead to SNX-F12, it doesn't appear to have any impact once it gets located and riveted to the forward edge of the fwd fuse skin, but the rivet holes will be at an unstandard location.
