Thought about it, studied it, measured it multiple times. Cut the inboard side of the left flap to the angles required. Top surface in picture will actually face the ground when installed. It is 3/16" longer than the bottom side in the picture (top of the flap when installed). Cut notch to accomodate the flap actuator bracket that is riveted to the inboard rib,
