Marked flap hinge centerline.

Up-drilled nose rib front tooling hole to 1/2" to hole electrical conduit for strobes & position lights.

Removed cleco's from aft spar. Positioned flap hinge. Pilot drilled & cleco'd. Seemed to bind a bit when moving. Noticed that on last 1 foot on outboard end had the hinge portions rubbing on one another tighter than in the middle and inboard end. Lightly filed the edges of each hinge segment and re-installed. Much better. Up-drilled flap hinge / aft spar to #30 in preparation for riveting.

Flipped wing over on bench.

Positioned, drilled, and cleco'd aileron hinge. Updrilled hinge and all upper-surface aft spar holes to #30 in preparation for riveting.

Positioned root doubler to up-drill aft spar line-related holes in doubler.

Moved to sawhorses. Removed upper aft skin. Pilot and final drilled lower side of aileron bellcrank vertical stiffeners.

Drilled pilot hole for tie-down ring.

When initially drilling upper aft skin / rib pilot holes, discovered that one of the holes interfered with the vertical stiffener channel on rib #9 (aileron bellcrank rib). Sonex tech support said that it's OK to enlarge the hole and remove any stress points. With the skin now off, removed the stress risers from vert stiff interference and enlarged the hole to allow the rivet to fit w/o interference.

Moved the assembly back onto the workbench.

All prep work done on upper/lower aft skins. Just have to deburr & rivet top aft skin.
