Removed LE skin from the left wing box. Discovered that on the last 2 inboard holes where the aft and LE skins meet, that's drilled into the main spar cap, that the drill had cut into the forward root rib attach angle. This did not happen on the right wing because the attach angles face the opposite direction. Called Sonex tech support and sent them a picture. They said that this happens occasionally, and that as long as I cleaned it up it should be OK.
