First shot at fabricating details for the left wing aileron bellcrank support parts. Channel stock and attachment clips previously cut, but that's were it was left.
Measured lines for placement of fore/aft vertical stiffeners. Measured placement of the aileron bellcrank. Marked-out and pilot drilled the rib-to-stiffener rivet holes to #40 in the front stiffener. Fitted the aileron bellcrank to the stiffener separate from the other holes to ensure spacing matched the bellcrank assembly.
Still have to use the stiffener as a template to transfer the holes to the rib itself, then set the final spacing for the aft stiffener, followed by attachment of the stiffener-to-skin clips to the stiffener.
