Finished drilling the lower skin-to-aft spar holes to #30. Only drilled those related to the flap hinge last night.
Dug out the hardware and control rods that need to be connected to the aileron bellcrank. It's much easier to do before the skins are riveted on. Took some time digging them out, then more time finding the flanged bushings, straight busings, rod ends, lock nuts, etc.
Parts threaded together nicely. Noticed that the plans said to use an MW-3 rod end, but the recommended HW list had MW-5's, and that's what Wicks sent with my HW kit. If you use the MW-5's, you need to insert a straight bushing to reduce the hole size down to 3/16" for an AN3 bolt. Image 2 shows the installed straight bushing.
