SNX-W18-02 Inspection Cover. This plate comes in the kit, and to my surprise was already pilot drilled in 4 locations - one less set of measurements! Fitted into place over the right wing aileron bellcrank installation / inspection hole on the lower aft skin. Measured 1/2" at various points, then positioned the cover, drew a circle around it, and reconfirmed concentricity. Used a square to ensure the holes were aligned straight, then drilled 5/64" pilot holes for the self-tapping machine screws. Then up-drilled the 4 inspection cover holes to 1/8".
Cut SNX05-02 flap hinge half to 69 1/2". This half will mount to the wing box. Cut SNX-W06-06 flap hinge half to 68 1/2". This half mounts to the not-yet-started flap. Marked hinge positioning mark 71" from the centerline of the aft spar mounting bolt hole. Did some measurements and some thinking about how to correctly position the hinge half onto the spar to ensure straightness, since this is one long hinge. Decided that I will mark a centerline down the mated hinge halfs, which will create a line right at the centerpoint of the hinge pin - which is supposed to align with the edge of the aft spar.
Lastly, all that remained on the SNX-W23-02 pitot / static assembly was to put 4 CCP-46 rivets in it to hold the tube assy to the mounting plate.
