Obtained 4 ratchet straps. Positioned them equally across the skin, used a board to prevent buckling of the skin, and gradually pulled the skin into position so that I could cleco the skin to the bottom side of the main spar caps.
Drilled and cleco'd all pilot holes on the lower side of the leading edge. Still have to flip the wing over and do the final drilling for those holes closest to the leading edge.
