Brief Description: Drill / Cleco Right Upper Aft Skin
Last time, just drilled the trailing edge in order to straighten the spar assy. Tonight, drilled all rib holes and cleco'd. Where the skin overlaps the main spar cap, only drilled at the point of each rib. Definitely going to need more cleco's. Sonex recommends 200, I have 200, and they're all right there before your eyes. Some folks up-drill to 1/8" on one side so that they can use the 3/32" cleco's on the other side of the wing. I believe that you're really not supposed to rivet until all skins (i.e., including the leading edge) are pilot-drilled. Will have to check on this.
