Well, similar to last weekend, this past weekend work on the Sonex was lost because we spent Friday thru Monday in Arizona to see #2 son (Friday thru Monday), whom we haven't seen since July. The important stuff in ife. (and like #1 son, he reads this log).
Finally broke down and found a (relatively) cheap inch-pound torque wrench. Spent some time this evening torquing all of the AN3 and AN4 hardware on the right wing spar, and the hardware on the SNX-W21-10 bellcrank assemblies.
Cotter-keyed the castellated nuts on the -10 bellcranks.
Previously, I had cut the 8 SNX-W21-09 clips to length. Tonight, I ripped them to the correct size (one side 1/2" and the other 11/16"), and deburred using the Scotchbrite wheel.
