Since I purchased the machined angle parts kit, the 4 angle pieces for the SNX-W21-10L/R assemblies were already made.
Pressed bronze bushings into 4 angle pieces.
Cut 1/4" phenolic to the size required for the spacers as per plans.
Drilled out the bellcrank laser-cut parts to 3/16" holes.
Spent significant time trial-fitting, since the phenolic was just a bit over 0.25". Shaved a bit too much on one of the assemblies, so I cut a piece of scrap 0.025" aluminum to space it out a bit - worked OK.
Still have to obtain a 5/16" ream to line-ream the bushings, since pressing the bearings reduces the ID just a bit.
