Cleco'd everything together on the right wing box. Easier to line up the center spacer, web spacer, and fore/aft ribs than I thought. First attached the aft ribs in the vertical configurtion shown in Figure 1 below. This involved the aforementioned spacers. Then turned the wing around (spar tunnel portion of the spar was sticking out too the garage door a bit too far), placed it flat on the table, and affixed the front ribs. This, too, turned out easier. Just placed one cleco from the forward side, then went back and re-fit the cleco's from the aft side.
All that remains: up-drill all ribs & main/aft spars to #30. Debur forward and aft ribs numbers 6-12 (these did not require trimming nor addition of gussets so were left in the box until now).
Still need to fabricate and mount the aileron bellcrank & bracket for mounting to aft rib #9. Still have to measure / cut / trial fit the root fore/aft root ribs.
