Made a template jig to match the aft end of the aft ribs so that I could drill all the pilot holes for the ribs on the rear spar. Drilled all remaining pilot holes.
Deburred SNX-W13-04 doubler plate and aileron control rod hole ( 1-1/8 x 1-3/8"); cleco'd into place with 1/8" bronze. (drilled to #30 2 days ago).
Positioned and drilled to #40 the SNX-W12-04 splice plate. Up-drilled to #30, deburred, and cleco'd into position.
Riveted both the doubler (SNX-W13-04) and splice plate (SNX-W12-04).
Had some time left before wrapping up for the evening, so I positioned, drilled, deburred, cleco'd and riveted the left tip rib bracket, SNX-W13-05.
