Took care to drill the tip Wing Mounting Block in the drill press. Instead of taking to 3/16", took to 7/32" to allow an easier drill attempt once the spars were mated. Used the existing attachment angle to drill the angle-to-block holes into the block, since that was the driving factor. For the mating hole, I had previously drilled this one pair of blocks to 17/64" in an attempt to straighten things out, which meant the hole in the attach angle was also 17/64". So, I mounted the new block to the attach angle, and drilled just enough into the block with the 17/64" bit in order to create a "centering hole". Then step-drilled up to 7/32".
Mated the spars and bolted them together (I'm getting good at this!). The new pair of blocks looked very close, so drilled them right thru to 1/4" successfully.
This completes the assembly of the ancillary parts to the pre-built spars.
Old Block on top; new on bottom showing hole offset.
