Brief Description: Left Spar Root Wing Attach Assy
Re-Fab'd the wing attach block after messing up the one yesterday when I drilled mounting holes on the wrong side of the block. Fitted the block to the attach angle and deburred. Drilled out and reamed the attach angle mounting holes and positioned onto the left main spar. Reamed the attachment block main mounting hole thru the spar webs as per plans.
Although my countersink is a 100 degree part as per spec, I ordered a new, 6-flute, twisted-flute design from Avery Tools today. Don't want to countersink any more attachment angles onto the spars until I get it; just not happy with the job my 3-flute design did.
