Mounted the rudder again with the full length of piano hinge pin. Swings freely, but still needs additional trimming on lower control horn. Trimmed the horn.
Appears that I may have problems installing the lower rudder hinge portion that mounts separately to the aft fuselage. It appears as though the rudder moves in and out as it pivots, which would indicate some misalignment of the rudder hinge. This could, however, be just an optical illusion.
