Tacked down both hoirzontal stabilizer skins via 3/32" clecos; checked alignment, holes, dimensions, etc. Then up-drilled all holes to #30 (1/8th") except for the upper row of holes along the trailing edge. The hinges that mount here cannot be placed until the elevators are complete, which goven the placement of the hinges on the horizontal stabilizer. My intent is to rivet the rest of the stabilizer with the exception of this aft row. Once the elevators are complete, I will then mount the hinges and updrill all of these parts to the rivet size (1/8").
