Fitted the vertical stab skin to the frame. Some concern because lower rib SNX-T10-01 would not line up with the skin pilot holes - all others were dead-on. After much adjustement, finally noted on the plans that the piece was supposed to be mounted on the UNDERside of clips SNX-T12-06 and SNX-T12-09, and I had it on top. This provided the additional 1/8" needed to align the "blue line" of the rib with the skin pilot holes. Fitted the skin, drilled and cleco'd to the ribs. Drilled upper hinge SNX-T10-07 and cleco'd that to the stabilizer.
