Seems like a long time since I did anything. Thursday PM, received a #12 drill from Avery Tools. Quickly up-drilled 3/16" holes in the main spar to #12. Today (saturday), made progress but also frustration. Obtained a Harbor Freight inch-pound torque wrench to tighten the main spar bolts. After final deburring, used wrench, but it never "clicked". Ended up stripping 3 AN3 bolts. Worst part was that I couldn't separate 2 of them. Had to use a cutoff whell in the Dremel to cut the bolts. Scratched surface of the spar channel a bit, so had to clean that up.
