Copmleted the rudder today (Saturday). "Blue Lined" (marking centerline of the rib flanges with a blue Sharpie pen) the ribs so that they could be seen once pilot holes have been drilled in the skin. Drilled pilot holes, drilled the ribs, took all pilot holes to #30, cleco'd and deburred all, and riveted. Had to drill-out 5 control horn rivets on one side due to rivet conflict - lenght of un-pulled rivet in the skin butted up against prior-installed control horn rivets. Once the CCP 42 rivets for the skin-to-control horn were installed, the longer control horn rivets (CCP 44) went back in just fine.
