A bit of hangar cleanup; blew it out with leaf blower.
Enlarged top of "banana slot" metal to allow additional up flaperon travel; this got me within the spec range. Removed the flaperon stops that hit the mixer tube tab to allow additional room. Had to trim the right stop a bit, then re-installed to provide a limit to the travel.
