More time spent futzing / removing / replacing flaperons multiple times to get a good fit and balance.

Started with the right flaperons. Removed inner flaperon. located and drilled mounting holes for the fuselage-side pivot point. Riveted in place. Then fhe fun began. I could not get the inner flaperon to pivot freely when torqued to spec. Would lock up. Finally removed it yet again and filed the wing mounting arm to allow more of the bushing to extend, freeing things up. This finally worked.

Then went to the left wing. Installed the inner side pivot point just like the right side. I knew this would have some issue because tolerances built up such that the pivot was not in an exact line with the flaperon pivot points on the mounting bracket arms. Spoke with Zenith last week and they said it was fine to enlarge the flaperon pivot point hole. Filed that to fit just fine. The left wing pivoted just fine once torqued in place.

Riveted the pitot tube assembly. It was just hanging free because I painted it last time.

Adjusted the previously-trimmed left flaperon mating plate. Better fit. Marked and drilled the rivet holes. Added an AN3-3A bolt and nut.
